Returns Policy

Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, excluding transit damage. To A Tea Specialty Teas must be notified within 7 working days of delivery if the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect. For goods to be returned or refunded they must not be opened and must be returned in the same condition as received. Postage not included in returns, exchange or refund. After 7 working days of delivery refunds and exchanges will not be accepted.
